⚙️How EggDCA Works

2.1 DCA Plan Lifecycle

• Create Plan: Set up a recurring crypto purchase using a chosen stablecoin, target asset, frequency, and DCA strategy.

• View Plan Progress and Performance: Monitor execution history, P&L, ROI, and status updates of your active plans.

• Auto Take Profit: Automatically exit a plan and realize profits when ROI reaches 30%.

2.2 DCA Strategy

Strategy	Description
Smart DCA	Dynamically adjusts the buy amount based on market indicators and trends.
Fixed DCA	Buys the same amount at every interval, regardless of market conditions.

• Smart DCA uses an AI-based algorithm that evaluates indicators such as price dips, historical volatility, and market momentum.

• It is custom-designed for BTC and ETH.

• For other tokens, the system reuses BTC’s algorithm as a default.

2.3 Smart DCA Logic

The Smart DCA engine uses a rule-based adjustment algorithm to optimize capital deployment:

• If market conditions are favorable (e.g., price drop > X%), the engine increases buy size

• If market is overheated or price spikes, the buy amount is reduced

• Market signals may include: MVRV, SOPR, recent price deviation, or user-defined heuristics (BTC/ETH only)

Example:

If BTC drops 5% in the past 7 days, the next buy may be increased by 25%.

If BTC pumps 10%, the buy size may decrease or be skipped.

Plans for non-BTC/ETH tokens follow the BTC algorithm to approximate smart allocation without individual token signals.

2.4 Auto Take Profit

Auto Take Profit is an optional feature that users can enable or disable when creating a plan.

• When enabled, a plan will automatically close when ROI reaches 30%.

• Upon triggering, a new plan will be automatically created with the remaining budget and same configuration.

• Users may toggle Auto TP during plan setup, but it cannot be modified once the plan is active.
